We are delighted to be able to host another set of digital skills workshops, thanks to generous funding from The National Lottery Community Fund. From 19th September 2025 we will host a series of smartphone skills workshops based at The East Finchley Constitutional Club, not far from the East Finchley Library. The workshops will be free to participants, but booking will be required as we only have a limited number of places available.
Tickets available now!
The workshops will take place at the East Finchley
Constitutional Club at 9 The Walks, N2 8DE. The venue is fully
accessible and close to bus, stops with a small car park and
free on-street parking nearby. (Not far from East
Finchley Library).
Doors will open at 9.45 and refreshments will be available.
We will start at 10am and finish by 12.30 with a short break
at around 11.15. Please use the door circled in red in
the adjacent picture.
More details on how to find the East Finchley Constitutional Club:
To find the Club from East Finchley Station, walk along the High Road for about 10 minutes (or take the 263 bus as far as the library.) Turn left into Park Road just past the Methodist Church and opposite Creighton Avenue/The Library. Follow Park Road round to the left, and just past the bend you will see theClub's car park, and beyond that is the club itself (access from the car park is hidden behind the white car in the photo above). There are several doors to the Club, but the entrance we will be using is on the far right of the building at the top of the ramp (circled in red in the photo above.) If you are driving and the car park is full, there is free parking available on the main road before the Church until 2pm and outside the shops opposite the library. (But be careful - some parking bays on the same side of the road as the library are only available after 10am.)
These workshops would not have been possible without the generous funding from The National Lottery Community Fund.
